The American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers course is designed to teach healthcare professionals the skills of one- and two-rescuer CPR for victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of choking. Upon successful completion of post-test and skills demonstration, students will receive their AHA Healthcare Provider course completion card which is valid for two years. Course length varies between 3-4 hours. We offer onsite training - just call our office at 423.553.0400.

Please bring the current AHA 2020 BLS for Healthcare Providers student book to class.  Books will be available for purchase at class.  If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us at 423-553-0400 or info@wercpr.com.

Please arrive 30 minutes early for registration and be prepared to start class as soon as all the students are signed in.

The building is in a residential neighborhood off of Deck Rd. When you turn off Deck Road onto Narrow Way, turn RIGHT immediately after the three first mailboxes, and then immediately LEFT when the road forks (5 seconds later).
Proceed straight down the driveway and turn in front of the big green building and park on the long driveway. You may bring coffee or something to drink.

We R CPR Disclaimer

According to AHA, you must have the ability to push at the at least 2 inches  on the feed back  manikins consistently and administer breaths properly.  This is an AHA requirement for the SKILLS portion of the testing.  If you have any physical issues or health problems that may prevent you from meeting this requirement, please speak with a We R CPR office maager immediately.  

This includes:

Covid 19/Fever/ flu symptoms

Cold sores/ open face sores

Recent wrist, arm or shoulder surgery

Spinal or neck injuries

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome

Parkinson’s

Pregnancy

Covid 19/TB- active- Don't come to class 

Inability to stand

We will make accommodations as allowed.  However, you may be required to return at another time if you are unable to pass the skills portion and you will not be able to receive your  CPR card.
